From Monday, 5 August 2025, works will commence to remove the vacant building adjacent to Toormina Road.
While demolition is underway, there may be reduced parking in the immediate area, however minimal impact to customers is expected.
The demolition contractor, Coffs Demolitions, partners with NSW Fire and Rescue to facilitate essential training drills within their soon-to-be-demolished buildings. These exercises will take place of an evening between 25 to 29 August 2025 and will involve fire trucks on site.
This training provides an invaluable opportunity for our essential service personal to practice real-life scenarios in a controlled environment making sure they are well prepared to help our community when it matters most.
These activities are part of controlled training and pose no risk to the public.
