Mission Australia’s Workforce Australia — Transition to Work service is government-funded program offers quality employment support for young people aged 15–24, helping them gain the confidence and skills to move into work or education, including apprenticeships or traineeships.
Whether you’re a young person seeking a work opportunity or a local business looking to hire enthusiastic trainees, this service provides tailored support every step of the way. Participants benefit from one-on-one coaching, skills development, workplace readiness training, and up to 26 weeks of post-placement support.
The Toormina Gardens based service, located in SP016 (Next to Medioptics), is now available and ready to help our community’s youth take the next step toward a brighter future.
