Casual leasing has been an excellent concept for my new kids clothing and toys store, Kids Emporium. As a busy Mum and businesswoman, it allows me to operate my online websites and other businesses while selling my excess clothing stock at sales prices, while building up a regular customer base of both customers in store and online. My sales to date have far exceeded my daily goals and my expectations. This is my second time with a casual lease at Toormina and both are my best experience to date of a retail environment.  The staff are lovely and supportive, and I hope that I can stay for a second term of short-term lease to take me through Autumn-Winter. I adore my little space, and I love coming into work every day! I’m so glad that I made the decision to open my pop-up shop.
