This NAIDOC Week, join local Gumbaynggirr artist Uncle Kev for free creative workshops where you’ll learn about traditional storytelling through art. These sessions are perfect for young people looking to explore Culture, creativity and connection. Participants will create their own unique artwork on canvas to take home.
Following the workshops, participants will have the option to display their artworks in a pop-up gallery within the centre — a chance to share their creativity and stories with friends, family, and the wider community. Artworks will be available for collection at the end of the gallery period.
All are welcome — families, friends, and community members are encouraged to come along and get involved.
No bookings required.
In partnership with Blue Sky Community Service.
